Order Your Custom Meat
So, How Do You Want Your Meat Cut?
That's the big question. Each order's final weight may vary slightly depending on the actual animal size and your final cut chocies. For instance, you may prefer T-bone and Porterhouse instead of NY strip and Tenderloin or have briskets and short ribs turned into ground beef.

Order Form
Prior to turning in an order form, please make sure you have called us to reserve your beef product selection: quarter, half or whole. All reservation require a non-refundable $350 deposit.
Print and complete the order form, keep for your records. With cuts that have size options, please specify how many inches you want your steaks in the Thickness column and how many pounds of meat you want per vacuum pack in the Wt/Pkg (lb) column. Email your order form to salesredoakfarm@gmail.com, text an image of the order form or phone in your order by calling (214) 548-7926.
We will confirm order receipt by giving you a call to ensure we have the correct order and answer any remaining questions. Your order must be placed before we can schedule a delivery of product to the processor.
Once the processor confirms the hang weight, we will issue an invoice of the final cost. We accept PayPal for all payments at this time. We thank you for your prompt payment upon your receipt of the invoice.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a call directly from the processor. Please prepare to supply your own cooling equipement for travel.
